Human Entrance is looking for Field Consultants - Destination Services to support our business in Malmö. The main mission of our consultants is to be the point-of-contact during the relocation process for our clients and their employees and families. Our consultants support individuals from all over the world with a range of cross-border relocation services.

Main tasks are:

• Operational responsibility for assigned delivery of destination services 
• Visits to Tax Agency and Bank meetings
• Attend viewings of housing options
• Carry through local area tours
• Relevant administration for the services
• Assisting Senior Consultants and Client Service Managers with general               support and administrative tasks

You hold at least two (2) years of experience from operational service delivery in customer centric, multicultural and diversified organizations. You have a clear, result oriented “can-do” attitude in your assignments, and a strong ability to maintain tight deadlines. Also, your communication with our clients and their employees is friendly, yet professional and swift. In addition to the experience described above, we value the following experiences and skills:

• University degree
• Fluent in English (Swedish is an advantage) spoken and written
• Additional languages are highly advantageous
• Comfortable working with Microsoft tools
• Driver’s license is mandatory
• Personal experience from working and living abroad.

It is important that you hold a commercial interest and understanding of a consultancy business environment. To support our consultants during workload peaks, you should enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment, work well under pressure and hold a flexible mindset. Last, but not least, you hold strong social skills.

The position is freelance and paid on an hourly wage.
